Our Psychology Practice

Our Psychology Practice

Our focus is to help clients heal, adapt and become aware of their inner strengths. We aim to achieve this by providing a non-judgemental space, listening to your concerns and tailor treatment to your needs. Most treatments that we provide are short term with attention to emotional regulation, anxiety and depression management, improved sleep, trauma counselling and relational problems.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that one can experience at some point in one's life. Through counselling and treatment, we will aim to assist you to recover motivation, increase understanding, find new perspectives, challenge unhelpful beliefs and behaviours and manage your symptoms more effectively.

Trauma & PTSD

Depression & Anxiety

Depression & Anxiety

People can develop problems associated with painful and traumatic experiences. Anxiety, low moods, avoidance, intrusive memories, self doubt and hopelessness are some of the symptoms that can linger after traumatic events. We offer treatment to help you understand and manage these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Relationships

Depression & Anxiety

Relationships

Relationship counselling is often beneficial for couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both partners in order to explore unhelpful interaction patterns and find more effective ways to manage conflict, improve connection and communication and/or adapt to new situations in life.
